Installation Quality

We pride ourselves on the quality of our installations in all things WELL. This means we have high expectations and well designed processes for every step of your project. If you are drilling a well with us this starts from the very beginning in selecting the proper materials and method of drilling applicable for both your property and use requirements. We have long-standing, positive relationships with county departments to make your permit process run smoothly and efficiently. 

In our pump division we hold high standards for our installers both in the product we use but also in the way it is installed. We regularly train all of our staff on proper and best installation techniques to not only meet code requirements but also to build longevity in your system. This could be as simple as check valve placement in your submersible or booster pump system all the way to recommended programming in your VFD controller. We have been in the well industry for well over 40 years, water is in our blood and we firmly believe in a job well done!

Contractor Communication & Service

Unlike many of our competitors we have a fully staffed office and support team that is available to answer your toughest questions. This team of people is cross-trained to support all things having to do with your well needs. We not only answer the phone every time you call but we email, text, blog and have easy access appointment scheduling through our online request form for your service needs. 

We keep a detailed calendar for our team and have access to all of your records at the touch of a keystroke! In our digital database we keep job photos, recent service work records and all of your warranty information easily accessible within your client portal for both you as the property owner to view and our team members. We call and confirm appointments and make changes to our schedule to meet your needs and believe in providing schedule updates to you as soon as possible. 

We keep a service team member available most days for your emergency needs so that your out-of-water-time is kept to a minimum and can be quickly dealt with.

Pricing

We are very TRANSPARENT on our pricing! We never claim to be the cheapest contractor in our market nor do we aim to do so. If you are comparing quotes you will most likely find that our quotes are on the high end of the bids you have gotten. Is there a reason for this or are we just pocketing more money than our competitors? The answer is simple! Our pricing structure can be higher than others for these reasons:

Products- Not every well product is the same. We only sell the best manufactured products on the market that will provide you longevity and reliability in your water system and we keep 95% of them in our large, local warehouse. This means when you have a failure your system can be repaired quickly with a smaller amount of downtime.
